The Paan Legacy – Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At The Paan Legacy, we strive to ensure the highest quality with every product. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we operate a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy. Once your order is placed and delivered, we do not entertain requests for returns or exchanges.  

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right. To help us address such issues swiftly, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Unboxing Video Requirement:  
   We require a clear unboxing video to process any exchange for damaged or incorrect items. Begin recording before opening the package, and inspect the product thoroughly while filming. If there are any visible defects or damages, they must be clearly shown in the video. 

2. Contact Us Immediately: 
   If an issue is found, reach out to us promptly. Please email us at care@thepaanlegacy.com or call us at +91 80804 26039 with your unboxing video as proof. Only items with documented issues in the unboxing video are eligible for an exchange.

3. Replacement Process:
   In case of valid damages or errors, we will replace the item immediately upon receipt of the unboxing video. Exchanges are available only when product defects or errors are visibly evident in the unboxing footage.
